Are Olympic Team selection processes normally so hard to obtain?

Apply in writing with an SAE before the 1st of October to be given the procedure.

I don't know why this isn't a publicly available (i.e. posted free online for anyone to find via Google) document. Why the secrecy?

Do other countries do a similar thing or is the procedure more open?

It looks pretty open. I saw this already on facebook. Here in Sweden I can't even find any info who are members of the national team..and olympic selection..that's another story..:uhyeah:
