My brother's mom was sitting in her motor home down by Rincon last Monday morning when a drunk hit the back of her motor home, killing his passenger, throwing my brother's stepdad out of bed (he'll be in a neck brace for a few months) knocking my brother's mom over. Pushing the motor home into the 5th wheel RV in front of it and knocking the lady in there around.
He has been charged with:
F VC23153(A) DUI Alcohol/Drugs With Bodily Injury
F VC23153(B) DUI Alcohol W/BAC > .08 W/ Injury
F VC20001(A) Hit And Run Resulting In Injury
F PC191.5(A) Gross Veh Manslaughter While Intox
Any idea on the over/under on how long he's going away for?
He's 20 years old, as was his passenger.
