Given that it seems we are locked into the quagmire of Afghanistan until about 2015, I thought it might be interesting to put forward a few British perspectives on this bloody conflict:

By the way, I should have made clear explicitly but it slipped my mind that the Study is not entry restricted, this is footage of soldiers in a combat situation, so not only is the language frank but the scenes can be deeply unsettling.

This is especially so in the "Ambushed" video as it is very much at the level of an individual experience as it is footage from the soldiers own cameras.
