Hey guys, just wanted to share with you the trailer for a good friend and training partner's documentary on MMA called Walking to the Cage.
Please check it out. He's a talented guy and highlights 3 interesting characters: Coby, Jeff and Josh. Jeff's one of my best friends and very interesting guy. He's like a rabbit who never stops moving. He's my age and is at the end of his fighting career, but is a strong presence in the sports of MMA and grappling. Josh is a young kid from Guam, 20 years old now and is very talented. While I don't know Coby that well, Josh and Jeff are both friends and great guys, as is Matt, the director of the film.
