3rd WTF World Para Taekwondo

I noticed this event listed in another thread. I've not heard that WTF Taekwondo had a para-TKD division, let alone a the World level. I've tried to find out more, but I'm unable to find details of how one would go about qualifying for this division, and when oher, more local events are, etc.
